  1. If it happens often, move the Fibe TV box closer to your modem and/or connect it directly with an Ethernet cable.
  2. If it doesn’t happen often, does it happen on other channels?
    • If so, move the Fibe TV Box closer to your modem and/or connect it directly with an Ethernet cable.
