You can set up your Fibe TV Voice Remote to control your TV’s power, volume and mute functions. You’ll be guided through the pairing instructions when you set up your Fibe TV Box for the first time. If you’re still unable to control your TV functions, please follow the steps below.

If, when you press buttons on the remote, the lights on the Fibe TV Box light up, your remote is not paired to the TV. To re-pair:

1. Make sure nothing is blocking your receiver and ensure the batteries in your remote are working.
2. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings.
3. Scroll to Device and select Voice Remote.
4. Select Setup.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to re-pair your remote to the TV.

If, when you press buttons on the remote, the lights on the Fibe TV Box do not light up your remote is not paired to your Fibe TV Box.
