- The alarm will sound in your home
- A specialist from our central monitoring station will call you/your emergency contacts
- In the event of fire or carbon monoxide alarms, the specialist will only attempt to reach the primary contact before notifying emergency services about the alarm
- If we’re unable to reach anyone through your contacts list, or if your emergency contact cannot advise us that all is OK, emergency services will be notified
- The specialist will then try to again reach your emergency contacts and will leave messages if necessary and possible
- If you’ve set up alerts, you will receive a notification by e-mail and/or text
